This salami is made in the Marche region. The name comes from the Latin cibusculum "little food", since this tasty salami is often served as a spread on small slices of bread. It was also part of the ration of the Roman legionary. Not surprisingly, its historical origin is concentrated in the valley of S. Angelo, between Marche and Umbria. With a pinkish color, this salami is made of a mixture of pork meat: bacon, shoulder, ham and loin, with an addition of salt and spices such as black pepper.

    Quality Life Italian Made

Three Italian fans of the quality of life, grown with good, genuine and wholesome food, want to raise awareness around the world of the riches of the culinary tradition that belongs to their land, the Marche. After working in different fields they found themselves united by the same goal; living a quality life by doing what they like. They now want to share outside the borders of their beautiful Italy their traditions, with recipes from their grandmothers and craftsmanship of local producers. Their project starts here on AnteBox and can be found in London, that is a meeting point of cultures and peoples around the world with the desire to convey to anyone who meets the love for healthy and traditional food. Order online or visit their stall in the Camden Market to enjoy their Ascolana fried stuffed olives, fried mozzarella, fried stuffed olives stuffed with truffles and fried logs of aniseed-flavoured cream. …. You can not live without them … .. !!! See you soon, Henry, Mark and Rosita
